Georgia, Oklahoma Finalizing Home and Home Starting in 2023

According to Seth Emerson of The Athletic, a deal between Georgia and Oklahoma for a home-and-home series is being finalized.

Emerson notes that the year 2023 is open for both teams. Beyond that, FBSchedules noted that there are open days for both teams in just about every year moving forward.

The two sides have never faced each other in the regular season.

Georgia and Oklahoma faced off for the first time ever in the Rose Bowl Game as part of the College Football Playoff in 2018. Georgia won that shootout 54-48.
