Robert Kraft hires Florida attorney to handle charges

As Patriots owner Robert Kraft faces criminal charges in Florida, he has hired a criminal defense lawyer practicing in the sunshine state.

Kraft has retained Jack Goldberger in connection with two counts of misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution. Goldberger previously represented notorious billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who allegedly ran a sex trafficking ring involving underaged girls and whose 2008 plea deal has recently come under mircoscope has for not respecting the rights of Epstein’s victim

Kraft has been charged with two counts of first degree solicitation of a prostitute in Florida for allegedly paying for sexual acts on two different occasions at Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida on Jan. 19 and 20.

The Patriots owner denied any illegal activity through a spokesman last Friday.

Kraft is due in court April 24, but he does not need to appear himself. His lawyer can represent him.
