NCAA Basketball To Undergo Massive Rule Changes

The NCAA has adopted new rules dealing with player accessibility to agents and the NBA Draft, in order to attempt to restore integrity to a sport that has been swamped with controversies regarding corruption, and has been under investigation by the FBI for the better part of the last two years.

The NCAA will now allow players that are not selected by NBA teams in the draft to return to school. More notably, the NCAA will allow "elite" high school and college prospects to have an agent, who will have to be certified by the NCAA. The NCAA has also increased punishment for programs and coaches who break the new rules.
